The Green Flash line
The Green Flash was launched in 2019. It can be used in the comfort of your own home. This plant-based nail polish looks like gel but can be removed like normal polish. It is the first clean semi-permanent LED gel nail polish that is a lot gentler for the nails. It is easy to apply: you first paint on a base coat followed by two coats of the colours of your choice (there are more than 60 to pick from) and finally the top coat for a perfect finish. No need to mention that LED lights are less harmful than UV lights and that this polish doesn’t need the soaking and scraping of a traditional gel manicure that can be harsh on the nails.
The Green Flash LED gel alternative is free from 12 of the most common toxic chemicals found in traditional gel nail polishes. It offers ten days of staying power. It is composed of 99% bio-sourced plant ingredients and can be quickly removed in one minute without the use of drying acetone.
I found it really easy to use. The colours are gorgeous and there’s plethora to pick from. The nail and cuticle oil (Huile verte) smells lovely and is very agreeable and non greasy. It also feels good to know that you can have great nails without harming your health or the environment.
